Beautiful and functional lanternRebeccaThe lantern arrived in perfect condition as was easy to assemble. The door opens and closes easily as it should. I’m using an LED candle in it although you can use an actual candle. Instructions included state, “ Use only 1 single wick pillar candle with a maximum height of 9.75 inches and a maximum diameter of 3.25 inches.” It’s a large lantern that makes an eye catching statement. I plan to purchase the smaller size one as well.

What happened to these lanterns?JeanI have ordered several of these lanterns over the years and they were always good quality and easily assembled. I just tried to assemble a new one that was absolute junk. It was flimsy and the parts did not line up or snap together as they should. I struggled and struggled with it and once it was put together, it looks awful. It's not like I haven't assembled them in the past. I never had any difficulty before, and I am very disappointed in the manufacturing and quality of this one. I won't order it ever again. Please make these like you used to, IKEA!
